Dr. Carlos Ramos Meza is a Postdoc in didactics of scientific research by INICC and Fundación Universitaria Juan N. Corpas (Colombia); Ph.D. in Educational Sciences at Universidad Andina del Cusco; Doctoral candidate in the DBA program at CENTRUM Catolica Graduate Business School (CCGBS), Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Perú (PUCP) and Scholarship holder of the Doctorate in Socioformation and Knowledge Society at CIFE, Mexico. He was educated in medical sciences with the degree of a dental surgeon, in addition to specializing in bibliometrics and studies in management and marketing with many years of work experience.
